Our CPA Youth Ambassadors are the frontline of GENERATION CHANGE in the Commonwealth: brilliant and inspiring early career pharmacists who have been nominated by their National Pharmacy Association to work with CPA to empower young pharmacists across the Commonwealth, champion the voice of young patients and early career professionals, and drive improvements in health outcomes by leveraging the potential of their generation.
They''ll work closely with the CPA Council, which consists of representatives of every NPA with membership in our Association, and the CPA staff and volunteer teams to advocate for the profession, raise the profile of young pharmacists and drive initiatives to help early career professionals or students grow in their roles.
CPA's Youth Ambassador scheme was made possible thanks to the efforts of our youngest ever President, Annagrace Malamsha, a passionate advocate for early career professionals - and herself one of the six inspiring young pharmacists we're celebrating today alongside our Ambassadors.
